RHR Midwest Syndicate

About RHR Midwest Syndicate

Team History

Launched in January 2026, Redhead Racing Midwest Syndicate, with shops in both Wisconsin and Minnesota, is the Midwest expansion of the rapidly growing Redhead Racing organization. This expansion brings Redhead Racing’s well-known driver-focused philosophy and championship-winning culture to racers throughout this new region. The story behind the organization began years earlier in Eastern North Carolina, where twin brothers Kaleb and Jacob Bradley started racing at the age of seven in 2014. Throughout their early years in the sport, the twins experienced bullying, poor treatment from teams, and misinformation from competitors and crew chiefs, challenges that ultimately inspired the Bradley boys to create a better path for future racers.

That vision became reality with the launch of Redhead Racing in 2019 and the team’s move to Charlotte, North Carolina in 2021. By the end of 2025, Redhead Racing had become the largest Bandolero team in the country in both sales and drivers, selling 21 new cars in the ‘25 season alone while helping customers earn championships across the country, including Bandolero Outlaws National Points Championships, Southeast Tour Championships, Bandolero Nationals, State Championships, Road Course Nationals, Winter and Spring Nationals, and Summer Shootout Championships.

Today, Redhead Racing Midwest Syndicate is led by business partners Kaleb Bradley and Nick Flynn. Kaleb brings years of racing and technical experience, including serving as a Crew Chief and Car Builder for Great North Legends during the 2024 and 2025 seasons. Nick has been a builder for over 20 years in the Minneapolis area and got into racing with his son, Christopher “Panda” Flynn, five years ago. They started racing their first year with Redhead Racing, which allowed them to see the progression from a driver perspective and the teamwork overall, inspiring them to pursue this partnership. While Kaleb oversees the Midwest operation, Jacob Bradley leads the flagship Redhead Racing team in Charlotte. Together, the organizations are committed to helping young racers and families succeed through mentorship, honesty, development, and a true team-oriented environment.
